We're currently looking for an organized, outgoing, and attentive Quality control analyst to help monitor and provide feedback to improve Chatdesk TEAMS operation (https://www.chatdesk.com/teams)


Responsibilities


Monitor and review the Expert's job to assess their performance and provide feedback for improvements.
Communicate with customers through Social channels, Emails, and Chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to presale questions about a product, pricing, availability, etc.
Work with the Chatdesk TEAMS Center of Excellence to meet customer's needs.

Qualifications


Relevant experience in Customer Service
Relevant experience with CRMs
Excellent reading, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Reliable internet connection
English level: 85% - 90%
