ESPECIALISTA EN VENTAS (INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST. CLOSER)

We are a Real Estate Investment Company that excels in mass marketing to homeowners delivering the freshest and hottest leads to our trained closers.
We buy single-family homes and apartment buildings throughout the country but specifically focus on Orlando, FL, Tampa FL, Pensacola, FL and Miami, FL. We are looking for a highly motivated and hungry closer, who knows how to read personality types and make a friend. Must have a great attitude, positive mentality, and love to meet and exceed our high standard for performance.

Responsibilities:
Taking live calls from homeowners, discovering their "why", presenting their options, and obtaining a decision from the seller
Using the MLS and other software provided to understand the market and make appropriate offers on homes.
Understanding the needs and wants of sellers and presenting them the best options that coincide with profitable opportunities for us creating win-win situations.

Qualifications:
Prior sales experience
Preferably Real Estate Agent, but not needed.
Must be self-motivated and a desire to be the best.
Must love people and love fun.
Must work well under pressure.

Compensation:
Negotiable based on verified experience (pays in dollars)
