Important tourism company, requires for its team a bilingual Call Center Supervisor - Native English (100%), age 27 pu to 34 years old,at least 2 years of experience in this position, knowledge in administration area, supervision of personal, hotel, tourism or related. Candidates must meet the following profile:

• 2 year experience.
• Native English (100%)
• Organize, responsable, proactive, ability to work under pressure.
• Management of interpersonal relationships, teamwork and conflict resolution.
• Management of office and technological tools for the appropriate supervision of personnel.
• Ability to lead and advise the staff in charge.
