We are looking for a Coordinator ROCKSTAR experienced in Real Estate or in any related area! We want YOU!
If you have an excellent English level, at least 1 year of experience, you have a high skill to organize your time and prioritize tasks and you are looking for a great place to work, this is your opportunity!
Functions:
Fill and send contracts to buyers and sellers
Schedules physical contracts deliveries with mobile notaries
Coordinates inspections in the property with our inspectors
Coordinates Showings in the property with potential buyers
Communicates with the title company (Google it if you don't know what it means)
Requirements:
You have experience with Real Estate in the US
You have a PERFECT English
Very organized and responsible person
You know how to make things move and how to be aggressive
You get the job done, no matter what
Bonus requirement:
You already worked as a Coordinator for a real estate company in the US in the past
