RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medellin, is looking for a rockstar to join our growing Talent and Culture team. This person will work directly with payroll, career development, and social security affiliations, support vertical leaders with effective management, and create and develop incentive programs, training, and wellness plans. Our Talent and Culture Manager will be an integral part of continuing our growth as a company and ensuring our employees are supported, and everything is running smoothly.

The Talent and Culture Manager will handle:
•Generating and executing action plans focused on improving the performance and quality of life of our employees— including training and development programs.
•Executing activities that favor a good work environment and increase the motivation of our team members.
•Developing staff retention plans.
•Ensuring employee files and affiliations are accurate and done on time.
•Providing onboarding to new employees and voluntary/involuntary offboarding.
•Executing evaluations and reports.
•Assisting vertical leaders in interpersonal relations and conflict management
•Supporting the execution of company culture and wellness initiatives.
•Handle Disciplinary processes according to Colombian Labor Law Regulations

Some of the responsibilities this person will have are

*People Management:
•Assisting team members and leaders in conflict resolution
•Supporting team members with personal guidance when needed.
•Supporting leaders in team members' evaluations (giving feedback, identifying relevant personality traits, and creating intervention plans when needed).
•Performing exit interviews, and creating reports and plans to correct identified issues.
•Hold yearly salary evaluations and identify possible internal promotions.
•Establish career plans.

*Internal Communications/ Wellness/ Culture:
•Creating internal marketing campaigns that aim to self-care, work productivity, and wellness.
•Creating incentive plans, alliances, and benefits to improve culture and team member engagement.
•Planning group and individual training activities to promote well-being, teamwork, and any other identified skills that will improve overall performance.
•Assisting in the development of employment branding, social media strategies, and culture campaigns.

Our ideal Talent and Culture Manager must have:
•2-3 years of experience in HR/Talent/Employee Wellness-related roles
•Hold a Psychology or Business degree
•Have a B2-C1 English Level (Non-negotiable)
