The Role:
Stargety seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, focusing exclusively on lead qualification and appointment setting for the senior sales team. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ideal for self-starters passionate about connecting businesses with UI/UX talent solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify prospects through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and inbound inquiry response.
Initial Qualification: Conduct needs assessments and introductory presentations; qualify leads using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure alignment with Stargety’s UI/UX talent solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish rapport with decision-makers (hiring managers, design leads) through value-first, empathetic communication.
Seamless Hand-offs: Document thorough prospect intelligence in CRM and transition qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
Strategic Contribution: Participate in daily Zoom standups, report key metrics, and support process improvements, marketing testing, and competitive intelligence gathering.
Candidate Profile
1+ years’ proven success in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales
Exceptional communication, presentation, and active listening skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Familiarity with UI/UX design landscape preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
