Preferred Qualifications:
-A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager,
-Familiarity with common creative project management software and tools, such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheets, etc.
-Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies,
-Comfort with a high degree of direct client interaction and accountability,
-Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills,
-Comfort working within a fast-paced agency environment,
-Strong understanding of complex project requirements and briefs.
Your Mission:
-Capture and scope new project requirements,
-Craft creative project statements of work, budget estimates, and project timelines,
-Estimate and communicate project resource needs on an ongoing basis,
-Track and report on project status to internal and external client stakeholders,
-Manage active projects from start to finish, including management of a project’s timeline and quality of deliverables.
Identify and escalate with proposed solutions all project risks and blockers,
-Maintained all project files in a consistent, organized manner,
-Assist senior operations team members in the creation of process documentation to streamline delivery processes.,
Serve as the owner of all project artifacts and documentation.
